After completing your purchase we will send you a confirmation email with all the details. Please remember that it will not be possible to cancel or amend your order if it is already in an advanced stage of preparation.
Once an order is placed we're not able to cancel or make any changes to the order. Once received you're welcome to make a return with us, as long as your items meet our returns criteria.

Product Exchange, Returns and Warranty
Yes, you can exchange it for a restocking fee of Rs.350, as dimensions are mentioned in the product description. We offer free exchange only in cases where a faulty or defective product has been shipped.
At Strap It we always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just get in touch with us and we’ll take you through the process. Please note you have 15 days from the date of receiving the products to initiate a return. Also, please ensure the product is in original packing with the tags intact. The products must be in unused condition.

Yes, all Strap It products purchased at full price come with a standard 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Any mishap arising due to improper use, wear and tear is not covered under the warranty. Sale Items are not covered under warranty.
Shipping and Delivery
It will take between 3-6 working days for standard delivery. In case a particular item is not in stock, we will notify you via email. There might be additional delays owing to COVID 19 situation or any other situation beyond our control.
We always provide free standard shipping within India for all orders above Rs.2499. For orders below Rs.2499 we have a flat shipping charge of Rs.200.
